If you're expecting or have a newborn:

We offer a Meet & Greet appointment. This is a great way for expecting parents to ask questions, see how our office works, and meet one of our providers before your baby arrives. It's a chance to make sure we're the right fit for your family before your first visit.

How to Become a New Patient

If you're transferring care, before we can schedule your first appointment, we need to receive your child's previous medical records from their prior provider. This is our policy for every transferring family, since it lets us review your child's full health history before we begin care. Once records are received, we'll confirm we have what we need and get you scheduled. Note: your previous provider may charge a reasonable, cost-based fee to copy records. This cost is the family's responsibility, though it's often waived when records are sent directly office-to-office.

Is The Pediatric Center a Good Fit for Your Family?

  • We're your medical home. We ask that you contact our office first for any health concern, before urgent care or a specialist, so we can either treat it directly or coordinate the right referral and keep your child's records complete.
  • We have a provider on call 24/7/365 for urgent concerns after hours.
  • We follow evidence-based antibiotic guidelines. We don't prescribe antibiotics automatically for ear pain or green mucus, and we don't prescribe over the phone.
  • We follow the CDC and AAP vaccine schedule.
  • Same-day sick visits are available. Please call ahead so we can get you in.
  • Well visits can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance so you can lock in the best times for your family.

Insurance & What to Bring

We accept most insurance carriers. Please bring your child's insurance card to every visit. Copays are collected at the time of service, and if we don't participate with your plan (or you're uninsured), payment is due at the time of visit. Our billing team is available by phone to answer coverage questions.
